Rules.
Please follow these very simple rules before and after joining to make our RPG run smoothly.
1. There is only one person per character. For example, Elena Gilbert is already taken.
2. Keep everything PG-13; this means go easy on the swear words. Sex is okay as long as there's no graphic description.
3. Do not play a character unless it is approved by our staff; even canons.
4. Be nice when out of character! Even if two characters are mortal enemies, it does not give you the right to be mean to the person playing them.
5. Use proper spelling and grammar at all times. It's not that hard to have a spell check on your browser. (I know chrome has one.)
6. No one liners; I don't have a minimum word count, but don't abuse this privilege. I will put one in place if I see too many people writing short posts.
7. This is realistic to the show. For example, Vampires cannot get pregnant (unless Julie Plec decides to throw another one of those plot twists in there).
8. If you would like a human character to turn into a vampire, (or werewolf into a hybrid, witch into a vampire, ect.) please come contact me and we can work something out.
9. For the time being, you can make as many characters as you'd like. In the future, I will probably change this to one character per person and you must have your characters picture as your icon. This is not a rule yet, it's a heads up more than anything.
10. When posting, put the character that you are playing's name up at the top of the post.
11. Relationships must be mutual between both members that play the characters. You cannot have one of your own characters date another one of your characters. (how would that work, anyway?)
12. Admin's decision is final; furthermore, if there is something I dislike that you do, I have the power to add it to the rules and then nicely ask you to change the action.
Thank you for your understanding and consideration! I'm really a nice and understanding person (I promise!) so if there is something you disagree with or want to make an exception to, please contact me.
